Lharnokk and Melacii: The Cloud Giant and Ice Genie

This was a DnD Commission, drawing a DMs next Villain in their campaign.
Lharnokk is an exiled smiling one cloud giant (now technically a fog giant). He is a talented trickster and Warrior, as well as a now powerful caster thanks to his patron. His Patron Melacii, is a Ice genie. As a genie of one of the Para elemental planes, she normally would be a lesser genie, but through her ruthlessness and cunningness has ascended to a genie lord.
